The Editor-in-Chief of HRlegalblog.com is Amy K. Jensen, a Hinshaw Partner based in the firm's San Francisco office. Amy counsels and advises employers in making employment and risk management decisions, as well as defends against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour and class action litigation. She is also a regular contributor to Hinshaw's Employment Practices Newsletter. Amy has a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School, where she served as staff editor on two law reviews and an M.B.A. in Management from Dominican University. In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling around the country visiting her friends and family.
